Browser Recommendations : We recommend Microsoft IE 5.x or higher, or Netscape Communicator 6.x or higher. If you're using Microsoft IE 5.5, you must uncheck your "Show friendly HTTP error messages" setting to ensure you can properly access this section of the site. To do this, select Tools in your browser menu bar, then Internet Options. Select the Advanced tab. Scroll down to the "Show friendly HTTP error messages" in the Browser section and make sure the box is unchecked. Select APPLY, and then OK. Close the browser and login again.
