Note: Virtual Merchant Gateway works only for US & Canada merchant. If your merchant account is outside US/Canada then please contact Elavon to find out which gateway is supported for your country.

Refund Policy
We will refund your money if the extension does not work as intended. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will try to troubleshoot the problem because many times its a minor technical issue and easily resolvable. But if we are unable to resolve then we will refund your money.
There will be no refund:
- If you bought this extension and Virtual Merchant cancelled or did not approve your account,
- You switched your service from Virtual Merchant gateway to some other company or no longer using Virtual Merchant,
- You do not provide us the opportunity to resolve the error,
- Your magento version is not compatible with extension requirement but you still purchased. Please see current supported magento versions.

Yes, 1.6.2.0 version was tested to work correctly with our VM extension.

We tried to test this on CE 1.3.2.4; unfortunately it did not work as designed. We can investigate the issue but cannot give you a timeline at this time.
